But I also believe, on the flip side, if people are lying about these things they should also be taken to court, tried and be put in prison as well.&rdquo; &nbsp;
Diddy&rsquo;s former bodyguard, Gene Deal, has alleged a past sexual situation involving Ja Rule and Diddy in interviews. But the validity of the allegations has never been confirmed.&nbsp;

Diddy, now known as Brother Love but real name Sean Combs, is accused of the gang rape of a 17-year-old Jane Doe in 2003. In a lawsuit filed in December 2023, Jane Doe claimed she was flown on a private jet from Michigan to Diddy&rsquo;s New York recording studio, where she alleged she was given drugs and alcohol before being raped by Combs and Harve Pierre, the president of Bad Boy Entertainment.

On Tuesday (Feb. 20), Diddy and lead attorney Shawn Holley told a federal court that Jane Doe&rsquo;s claims were &ldquo;entirely fictional&rdquo; and argued the provided photograph was taken out of context. The court document reads: &ldquo;He (Diddy) never participated in, witnessed, or was or is presently aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, relating to plaintiff (Jane Doe) in any circumstance whatsoever.&rdquo;
Diddy&rsquo;s attorney proceeded to argue Jane Doe&rsquo;s claims as unconstitutional based on them waiting more than two decades, which obstructed his client&rsquo;s ability to &ldquo;defend himself fully and fairly.&rdquo;&nbsp;
Holley wrote: &ldquo;Some or all evidence that otherwise would have been available if the action had been promptly commenced may be unavailable, lost, or compromised.&rdquo;
Holley continued: &ldquo;The absence of evidence materially impacts defendant&rsquo;s ability to defend against essential aspects of plaintiff&rsquo;s claims. Witness identification, availability, and recollections are likely compromised due to the substantial passage of time since the alleged incident.&rdquo;
Filed over two decades after the alleged incident, the case against the mogul was brought under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, which extends the statute of limitations for such cases.
Jane Doe credited coming forward with allegations was inspired by Cassie's lawsuit against Diddy, which was settled for an undisclosed amount. Cassie and Diddy would release statements after the settlement with the mogul continuing to proclaim his innocence of wrongdoing.&nbsp;
Jane Doe wrote in the initial complaint, &ldquo;​​As a result of being raped by Mr. Combs, Mr. Pierre and the Third Assailant, Ms. Doe suffered significant emotional distress and feels of shame that have plagued her life and personal relationships for 20 years.&rdquo;
50 Cent has been trolling Diddy on social media since the allegations were made public. Terrence Howard sued former agency CAA for conflict of interest over EMPIRE compensation in December after his revealing interview.&nbsp;
&ldquo;I trusted CAA to look after me, and they looked after themselves,&rdquo; Howard said.
Howard played lead role of hip-hop mogul Lucious Lyons in the Lee Daniels series. EMPIRE aired for six seasons on Fox. It often competed against 50 Cent&rsquo;s Power for ratings.&nbsp;
Howard alleges that his agents did not have his best interest in the situation. The complaint reads:
&ldquo;Not only did it become abundantly clear that his agents led him on a path to rely on information that was misleading, he discovered that this was the result of the fact that CAA was not acting in his best interest, but in the in interest of their own financial benefit as well as the interest of the Production Companies and the producers, Daniels and Strong. Under normal circumstances, had CAA not been the packaging agent, and had CAA not been concurrently representing the Production Companies, where their sole financial interest would have been the 10% fee from the compensation received by Howard, they would have most certainly fought for Howard in a manner that most producers are accustomed to seeing CAA agents engage in.&rdquo;

Ochocinco is assisted to the sideline where he tells the coach, &ldquo;I hit Ray by accident. I thought I was gonna win because he didn&rsquo;t see me coming. I tried to hit Ray when he wasn&rsquo;t looking. I got a good shot but I failed. Something ain&rsquo;t right. On the play, when Rudy&rsquo;s coming, I tried to blindside Ray. He ran me over.&rdquo;

The throwback clip is from when the Cincinnati Bengals played against the Baltimore Ravens in 2009. In several interviews, Ochocinco recalls wanting to fight Lewis after the hit. He and Shannon Sharpe revisited the huge hit a couple of weeks ago on the Club Shay Shay Aftershow podcast.&nbsp;

In a recent interview with DJ Whoo Kid on his own Shade 45 radio station, Eminem hinted at new music coming and shared interest in a collaboration album with 50 Cent. Eminem spoke on sports, but also discussed the new music and teased a collaboration album at 7:15 before he headed to San Francisco to watch the <a href="https://hot97.com/hot-news/eminem-to-lions-well-be-back">Detroit Lions</a> play the 49ers in the NFC championship.&nbsp;

When asked about new music, not giving any concrete information, Eminem told Whoo Kid he was working on new music. After joking with the radio personality, Em said, &ldquo;I&rsquo;m working on a little something.&rdquo;
Outside of a greatest hits compilation album in 2022, Eminem released his last album in 2020 with Music To Be Murdered By (Interscope). The album features Ed Sheeran, JuiceWrld, Don Toliver, Anderson.Paak, and more.&nbsp;
And with Eminem hinting at new music, Whoo Kid surprised the megastar by asking about a possible collaboration album with 50 Cent. &ldquo;Where&rsquo;d that come from?&rdquo; Eminem replied.&nbsp;

50 Cent revealed that Eminem passed on a collaboration tour with him during an interview with Big Boy in the Morning in January 2023. The tour was presented to 50 following their Super Bowl 2022 performance, which also featured Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Mary J. Blige.&nbsp;
&ldquo;Because of the Super Bowl, I got an inquiry about the World Cup and they had a budget of $9 million,&rdquo; 50 told Big Boy. &ldquo;They're like, "He's not gonna do it. If you would do a one-off show, maybe you would do the biggest live sporting event in the world.&rdquo;

Snoop Dogg recently opened up about his efforts to support Hip Hop veterans and noted that other rappers, like 50 Cent, are also helping out.&nbsp;
The West Coast legend recently stopped by the All The Smoke Podcast to discuss why giving back to his peers is essential. Snoop noted that older rappers must have some resources to help them when they fall on hard times. "You've got to take care of your own, you've got to set an example," he said.&nbsp;
The iconic rapper also said he doesn't need to publicize his good deeds: "It's not a public thing for me. I'm not going to say, 'I helped him.'" Later in the conversation, Snoop also revealed that he wasn't alone in his charitable efforts, as 50 Cent and others have also contributed.&nbsp;
"There's been many times where me and 50 Cent together have called some of our O.G.'s and put bags on him,' he said. "And O.G. like, 'Oh man, nah.' We ain't trying to hear that sh*t. We know you need it. Here, ni**a."
More importantly, Snoop pointed out how important it is for younger rappers to look out for their predecessors. "Respect your elders because you making all this money &mdash; not that you have to &mdash; but if you love this rapper and respect this rapper, you see he's down on his luck, he may need some money but he has pride."&nbsp;
Toward the end of the interview, Snoop revealed some exciting news for fans &mdash; he and Dr.Dre will be <a href="https://www.hot97.com/hot-news/snoop-dogg-give-upcoming-on-highly-anticipated-album-with-dr-dre">releasing an album soon</a>. "I'm in the lab with Dr. Dre right now. That's Death Row/Aftermath. We finishing that up right now, tidying up the pieces to that."
