DJ Kay Slay is set to be honored with his own street in New York City.
On Saturday (July 15), The Drama King's brother, Kwame Grayson, made the announcement on Facebook by posting a flyer for the reveal ceremony. The event is slated to happen on Sunday, Aug. 13, which would’ve been his 57th birthday, at East 105th Street and 1st Ave. in East Harlem.
“Our mother is Speechless,” Grayson captioned the social media post. The street naming reveal will be hosted by Kay Slay’s close friend and frequent collaborator Papoose, manager Jarrod “General” Whitaker and niece Ladi Kutz. Superstars including 50 Cent, LL COOL J, Busta Rhymes, Fat Joe, Remy Ma, and Tony Yayo are a few of the special guests that will be attending.
